This study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of teaching using the GeoGebra program in developing mathematical concepts and mathematical problem – solving skills among students in the Department of Mathematics at the Faculty of Education, Tiji, University of Zintan, to achieve this objective, the researcher adopted a quasi – experimental approach based on a pre – test / post – test equivalent groups design, the study sample consisted of (50) students, equally divided into an experimental group taught using the GeoGebra program and a control group taught using the conventional teaching method. Two instruments were developed: a mathematical concepts test and a mathematical problem – solving skills test. The findings revealed statistically significant differences at the (α = 0.05) level in favor of the experimental group on the post – test of both mathematical concepts and mathematical problem – solving skills, There results confirm the effectiveness of teaching using the GeoGebra program in developing mathematical concepts and mathematical problem – solving skills among students in the Department of Mathematics at the Faculty of Education, Tiji, University of Zintan.
