The study sample consisted of (368) male and female teachers, of whom (152) were males and (216) were females. To analyze the data statistically, the researchers used the statistical methods represented in the arithmetic means and standard deviations, Cronbach's alpha coefficient, the value of (t), the hypothetical mean, and the percentage. The results also revealed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) between the averages of the role of the school administration in developing the appropriate school climate and ways to develop it from the point of view of school teachers according to the variable of gender and specialization, while there were no statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05).
