تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على تقييم دور كلية التربية بجامعة خليج السدرة في إعداد خريجين مؤهلين لتلبية احتياجات سوق العمل من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس ، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة اعتمدت الباحثة على المنهج الوصفي باعتباره المنهج المناسب لهذه الدراسة ، ولجمع البيانات ، استخدمت الدراسة استبانة مخصصة تتناول أربعة مجالات رئيسية : ( الإعداد الأكاديمي ، والإعداد التربوي ،والإعداد الثقافي ، والإعداد المهني )، لتعرف على تقييم دور كلية التربية بجامعة خليج السدرة في إعداد خريجين مؤهلين لتلبية احتياجات سوق العمل من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس ، وقد شمل مجتمع الدراسة جميع أعضاء هيئة التدريس القارين البالغ عددهم (20) في الكلية ، للفصل الدراسي (ربيع 2023 ـ 2024م ) ، وتمثل عينة الدراسة في جميع الأعضاء (20) الذين تم اختيارهم بأسلوب المسح الشامل.
والنتائج التي تم الحصول عليها من الدراسة تشير إلى أن :
أن كلية التربية بجامعة خليج السدرة تؤهل خريجين بمستوى عالٍ لتلبية احتياجات سوق العمل ، حيث حصلت على تقييم "جيد جداً " من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس في المجالات الأكاديمية ، و التربوية، والمهنية . وتؤهل خريجين بدرجة متوسطة لتلبية احتياجات سوق العمل ، حيث تم تقييمها على أنها تحقق مستوى " متوسط " من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس في المجال الثقافي .
