The Internal Work Environment Course in Improving Employee Performance A field study at the Faculty of Economics and Political Science, University of Tripoli
Abstract
The study aimed to identify the role of the internal work environment in improving the performance of employees at the College of Economics and Political Science, University of Tripoli. It also aimed to know the level of employees’ evaluation of their performance in light of the elements of their internal work environment and the extent of their satisfaction or lack thereof according to specific indicators of the performance of employees in the college under study and to achieve the objectives of the study. The descriptive analytical method was used, as a questionnaire newspaper was adopted and distributed to all employees of the Faculty of Economics and Political Science / University of Tripoli, who numbered (73) male and female employees. Due to the small size of the sample, it was completely targeted through the comprehensive survey method, and (73) questionnaires were distributed and retrieved from them. (70) forms are valid for analysis. Various statistical methods have been used for the purpose of analysis and arriving at results, the most important of which is the presence of a low-degree assessment of the level of dimensions of the internal work environment in the institution under study from the point of view of the sample members. It was represented in two dimensions: (organizational structure) _Organizational culture), and the study recommended paying more attention to improving the internal work environment for employees because of its positive impact on improving the level of employees’ performance, and And reconsider the policies and procedures followed in the institution under study.
