Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate the impact of career path planning on the levels of job satisfaction, motivation, and performance among employees in management.

The study population was represented in the Human Resources Department at the General Electricity Company in the city of Tripoli, the main department

The study population was represented by all employees in the Human Resources Department, numbering (80( Where (66) individual forms were distributed, (47) valid forms were obtained 

This study found that there is a significant, statistically significant effect of professional development of the career path on the performance of employees. Changes in the level of performance of employees in the company.

It recommended increasing the participation of employees in drawing up training plans and taking training courses into consideration when promoting them, which would lead to easier planning of career paths and increase the effectiveness of individuals working in the company
