Abstract

Combining digital transformation with institutional excellence opens up broad prospects for universities to achieve a qualitative shift in their performance. Digital technology provides the tools to increase operational efficiency, accelerate delivery, and improve services, in addition to addressing the administrative obstacles facing these universities. The Institutional Excellence Framework also provides a clear methodology to ensure that these digital efforts are moving in a direction that achieves sustainable customer satisfaction and enhances the university's competitiveness. Thus, digital transformation becomes a fundamental lever for institutional excellence, while institutional excellence constitutes a reference for employing digital transformation efficiently.
