The impact of organizational support on administrative creativity A field study on workers at the Social Security Fund in Benghazi
Abstract
The study aims to identify the level of organizational support and its impact on administrative creativity among employees of the Social Security Fund in Benghazi. The study targeted a simple random sample of (175) employees and relied on the questionnaire as a tool for measuring and collecting information and data. The study concluded that there is a statistically significant positive impact of organizational support on achieving administrative creativity. This reflects the point of view of the employees of the Social Security Fund in Benghazi. The study proposed a set of recommendations, the most important of which is the necessity of providing a stimulating work environment to build a stimulating and encouraging work culture. The Fund’s management must also realize the status of organizational justice and how justice contributes to developing and improving employee performance, which is reflected in the employees of the Social Security Fund.
