أثر الدعم التنظيمي على الابداع الإداريدراسة ميدانية على العاملين بصندوق الضمان الاجتماعي بمدينة بنغازي

الملخص

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى الدعم التنظيمي وأثره على الإبداع الإداري لدى العاملين بصندوق الضمان الاجتماعي بمدينة بنغازي، وتم اختيار عينة عشوائية بسيطة من المجتمع  قوامها (175) عاملاً، واعتمدت على الاستبانة كأداة قياس وجمع المعلومات والبيانات، وقد توصلت الدراسة لمجموعة من النتائج من أهمها  إلى أن هناك أثراً ذا دلالة إحصائية إيجابياً للدعم التنظيمي على تحقيق الابداع الإداري من وجهة نظر العاملين بصندوق الضمان الاجتماعي بمدينة بنغازي، وكذلك أظهرت النتائج أن بُعد(دعم وتأكيد الذات لدى العاملين) هو الأكثر تأثيراً إيجابياً في الإبداع الإداري، واوصت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات من أهمها ضرورة توفير بيئة عمل محفزة لبناء ثقافة عمل محفزة ومشجعة، وكذلك أوصت الدراسة على أن إدارة الصندوق أن تدرك مكانة العدالة التنظيمية وكيف تسهم العدالة في تطوير وتحسين أداء العاملين، وبالتالي يزيد مستوى الإبداع الإداري لدى العاملين، مما ينعكس هذا على العاملين بصندوق الضمان الاجتماعي.
