Soft Power and Changing Countries' Geopolitical Visions (The Qatar World Cup as a Model)

This research seeks to describe and analyze the tools of "soft power", and how the State of Qatar has been able to use them to achieve its strategy to bring about structural changes politically, economically and socially. In addition, State of Qatar has changed global geopolitical visions towards Arab peoples, and build bridges of global cultures without bias or discrimination. Moreover, it has rejected everything that is not in line with the host morally and not to be weakened for global satisfaction at the expense of the religious and moral structure of Muslim peoples in order to attract the world's attention to this event. The researcher reviews the impact of soft power and analyzes the geopolitical effects as well as internal and external political objectives in a global vision of how to organize the World Cup through the Qatar World Cup 2022 as an Arab Muslim country. This research covers the following demands: (First demand) Soft power, its nature, tools and the development of its use in countries. (Second demand), Qatar and soft power and preparation for the World Cup 2022 World Cup. (Third Requirement), Geopolitics of Soft Power and its Concept in Changing the Global Vision of Countries. (Fourth Requirement): The Political History of Football in the Middle East (State of Qatar) and the conclusion, results and recommendations.
