القوة الناعمة وتغيير الرؤى الجيوسياسية للدول (مونديال قطر نموذجاً)

يسعى هذا البحث إلى وصف وتحليل أدوات القوة الناعمة، وكيف مكنت دولة قطر باستخدامها من تحقيق استراتيجيتها لإحداث تغيرات بنيوية سياسيا واقتصاديا واجتماعيا وكذلك بتغيير الرؤى الجيوسياسية العالمية تجاه الشعوب العربية، ومد جسور الثقافات العالمية دون تحيز ولا تمييز، ورفض كل ما لا يتماشى مع المضيف أخلاقيا وعدم الاستضعاف للرضى العالمي على حساب البنية الدينية والأخلاقية للشعوب المسلمة، وجدب أنظار العالم لهذا الحدث، يستعرض الباحث هنا تأثير القوة الناعمة وتحليل الأثار الجيوسياسية والأهداف السياسة الداخلية والخارجية لها في رؤية عالمية لكيفية تنظيم كأس العالم من خلال مونديال قطر2022 م كونها دولة عربية مسلمة، يغطي هذا البحث المطالب التالية: (المطلب الأول) القوة الناعمة وماهيتها وأدواتها وتطور استخدامها في الدول، (المطلب الثاني)، قطر والقوة الناعمة والاستعداد لمونديال كأس العالم 2022 (المطلب الثالث)، "جيوسياسية" القوة الناعمة ومفهومها في تغيير الرؤية العالمية للدول (المطلب الرابع) التاريخ السياسي لكرة القدم في منطقة الشرق الأوسط (دولة فطر) والخاتمة النتائج والتوصيات.
