Abstract

The legal protection of workers faces numerous challenges under existing labor laws. Key issues include difficulties in enforcing laws, inconsistencies in their interpretation, and a lack of worker awareness of their rights. Moreover, rapid changes in the labor market, such as digital transformation and the emergence of new forms of work, impact this protection. These factors collectively undermine workers' ability to claim their fundamental rights, such as fair wages and safe working condition. worker protection faces significant challenges amidst the rapid developments in the labor market and its governing regulations. Despite the existence of legislation and laws safeguarding workers' rights, numerous factors limit the effectiveness of this protection and negatively impact workers' lives and dignity of their work.
