Administrative empowerment is considered one of the basic pillars of modern management, which seeks to develop employees on the one hand and raise their capabilities and skills to solve the problems they face on the other hand. Administrative empowerment is also considered one of the most important main entrances to progress and reform. This study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: -
1- The study proved the existence of a positive ascending correlation between the dimensions of administrative empowerment (delegation of authority, training, employee motivation, work teams, effective communication) and job satisfaction. The importance of these dimensions contribute significantly to achieving satisfaction among employees in the National Commercial Bank.
2- The study proved the effect of administrative empowerment on job satisfaction among employees at the National Commercial Bank and its five dimensions (delegation of authority, training, employee motivation, work teams, effective communication). Accordingly, employees desire training, motivation, participation in decision-making, and working in a team spirit and with more independence without control or domination by managers.
