This study aims to evaluate the impact of a proposed treatment program on restoring knee joint function in patients undergoing total knee replacement surgery. The program combines motor rehabilitation exercises with range-of-motion training to reduce muscle stiffness and post-operative pain. Results showed a significant improvement in patients' ability to perform daily activities and safely increase the joint flexion angle. The intervention also contributed to improved motor balance and strengthened the muscles surrounding the joint, thus accelerating overall recovery. The study emphasizes the importance of adhering to the early rehabilitation protocol to ensure long-term surgical success. It also recommends integrating these exercises into patients' home healthcare plans to improve their overall health and physical well-being.
