Abstract

This study proposes a proposal model that integrates the UTAUT with an external factor to assess the acceptance of mobile learning among Libyan leaners. Building on previous research, the model highlights key factors influencing technology adoption in developing nations and proposes a comprehensive model for measuring learning acceptance. Experts' validation and the incorporation of new factors further enhanced the model. The findings pro-vide insights into the essential factors required to improve the adoption of mobile learning in education. Further research is recommended to apply the proposed model in a real-world scenario
