The current study aimed to know the level of critical thinking among students of the Faculty of Arts, University of Bani Walid, and to know the differences in critical thinking among students of the Faculty of Arts according to the gender variable, as the study sample consisted of some students of the Faculty of Arts, numbering (100) male and female students.
To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the critical thinking scale prepared by (Nabil Bahri 2007).
After verifying its psychometric properties, which were considered appropriate for the purposes of scientific research, the researcher used the descriptive approach.
