Abstract

This study aimed to identify the level of alexithymia and peer attachment among female students at the Faculty of Education and to examine the relationship between them. The study employed a descriptive correlational approach on a sample of 100 female students. The results revealed high levels of alexithymia and peer attachment. The dimensions of lack of fantasy and trust in friends ranked highest. Furthermore, a statistically significant positive correlation was found between alexithymia and peer attachment among the participants.
