Abstract

The study aimed to identify the concept of time management and the quality of professional performance of secondary school principals. It also aimed to identify the importance of time management for school administration. The descriptive approach was used in the study because it is the most suitable approach for the nature of the study and its objectives. The study clarified the objectives, benefits and mechanisms for achieving the requirements of quality of professional performance of secondary school principals in Libya.
