Abstract

This study aimed to reveal the role of human resources practices in implementing lean management in the Ajdabiya Education Supervision from the employees' point of view. The study variables were human resources practices as an independent variable, and lean management as a dependent variable. To achieve the study objectives, the descriptive approach was used, by preparing a questionnaire consisting of (43) paragraphs distributed over five areas. The study sample consisted of (48) employees in the Ajdabiya Education Supervision, who were randomly selected. The study results showed that human resources practices play a role in implementing lean management in the Ajdabiya Education Supervision, as well as recommendations including linking training programs to the goals and requirements of lean management, and establishing a culture of continuous improvement among all stakeholders in organizations.
