Knowledge Management and its Role in Achieving Administrative Innovation "A Field Study of Employees at the Ajdabiya Education Supervision Department and its Subordinate Offices"

This study aimed to identify the role of knowledge management in achieving administrative creativity among employees at the Education Supervision Office and its affiliated departments in Ajdabiya. A total of 152 questionnaires were distributed, of which 140 were returned, and after excluding invalid ones, 137 were deemed suitable for statistical analysis. The results showed that the five dimensions of knowledge management (knowledge identification, generation, storage, sharing, and application) are significantly correlated with administrative creativity. This finding indicates that activating knowledge management processes in an integrated manner within educational institutions enhances their ability to innovate and develop.

The study recommends investing in human resource development, forming effective work teams, encouraging individual and group initiatives, and designing incentive structures that support administrative creativity. Such measures would ensure a more flexible and innovative work environment that contributes to improving institutional performance and achieving educational goals efficiently and effectively.
