هدفت الدراسة الحالية الى معرفة مستوى التفكير الناقد لدى طلبة كلية الآداب جامعة بني وليد ومعرفة الفروق في التفكير الناقد لدى طلبة كلية الآداب تبعاً لمتغير الجنس حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من بعض طلاب كلية الآداب وعددهم (100) طالب وطالبة .
ولتحقيق أهداف من الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة مقياس التفكير الناقد إعداد (نبيل بحري 2007) .
بعد التحقق من خصائصه السيكومترية والتي اعتبرت مناسبة لغايات البحث العلمي واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي .
