Abstract

This study investigates the impact of e-management implementation on job performance among employees of Libyana Mobile Phone Company in Tripoli. The research focuses on four key dimensions of e-management: computer use, communication networks, software, and human resources. Positioned within the broader context of rapid digital transformation, the study highlights the growing need for organizations in both the public and private sectors to adopt modern technologies to improve performance efficiency and service quality, despite challenges related to employee readiness and system usability. A random sample of 60 employees was surveyed, from which 50 valid responses were collected, representing an 83.3% response rate. To assess the effect of each dimension on job performance, the study employed various statistical techniques, including simple linear regression, analysis of variance (ANOVA), Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and the coefficient of determination (R²). The results revealed statistically significant relationships between all e-management dimensions and job performance. Communication networks emerged as the most influential factor in enhancing performance, while computer use, software, and human resources also made notable contributions. When analyzed collectively, communication networks were confirmed as the core driver of collaboration, information exchange, and digital transformation within the organization. The study further emphasizes the importance of continuous employee training, technological infrastructure development, and regular software updates to maximize the benefits of e-management. Overall, the findings provide both theoretical and practical insights, enriching the academic literature on e-management and job performance in the Libyan context, while offering actionable recommendations for executive management to foster digital transformation and enhance organizational efficiency, productivity, and service quality..
