The study adopted communication methods, communication skills, and communication barriers as variables to measure the impact of administrative communication on decision-making at the Tarhuna Social Solidarity Fund. The study reached the following conclusions, the most important of which are: a statistically significant relationship between administrative communication and decision-making; a statistically significant positive relationship between administrative communication methods and decision-making; and a statistically significant positive relationship between communication skills and decision-making. The study indicated that the level of administrative communication and the level of decision-making at the Social Solidarity Fund were moderate.
