Differences in mental alertness among students of the Faculties of Arts and Medical Technology in the city of Bani walid light of some variables academic specialization / academic year)
الملخص
The study aimed to identify the differences in mental alertness among university students according to the variables (academic specialization / academic year), and whether the study sample enjoys mental alertness. To achieve the study objectives and answer its questions, the researcher used the descriptive approach. The mental alertness scale prepared by Ahlam Al-Mahdi (2013) was used. The Faculties of Arts and Medical Technology were chosen as the study population. The study sample was chosen using a simple random method on a sample of (140) male and female students from the Faculties of Arts and Medical Technology. The study results showed that university students enjoy mental alertness. The study results also showed that there were statistically significant differences at a significance level of (0.05) in mental alertness according to the variable of academic specialization (Arts / Medical Technology). The differences were in favor of the students of the Faculty of Medical Technology. The study results also showed that there were no differences in mental alertness among university students according to the variable of the academic year (first / fourth).
