Abstract

This research addresses the conclusion of international treaties as a fundamental mechanism for regulating relations between states. It aims to analyze the stages of this process, from negotiations to signature and ratification, with a focus on the legal effects on the contracting states. The study reviews the obligations and rights that arise from these treaties, and how they become part of the states' national law, affecting their sovereignty and interaction with the international community. The research also discusses the importance of treaties in resolving disputes and establishing rules of international conduct.
