الملخص

The study relied on a descriptive and analytical approach to address the topic "The Impact of Information Technology Use on the Performance of Faculty Members at the Faculty of Economics and Political Science, University of Tripoli." A comprehensive survey method was used, given the limited size of the study population, which included all (47) faculty members in the Department of Business Administration. Data was collected using a carefully designed closed questionnaire to achieve the study objectives. The questionnaire included several axes to measure both the information technology variable and the academic performance variable. The validity and reliability of the instrument were verified using appropriate statistical methods. SPSS was used to analyze the data, extracting frequencies, arithmetic means, and standard deviations. Correlation and regression tests and analysis of variance were also used to test the study hypotheses. A total of 47 questionnaires were distributed, most of which were returned with a high response rate, enhancing the reliability of the results obtained and achieving the study objectives in a scientific and accurate manner.
