Studying the history of intellectuals and cultural figures in any country is the foundation of the structure of education and learning. The research we are presenting is titled "Jurists in the Tripolitania Region and Their Role in the Flourishing of Academic Life." There is no doubt that scholars from this region contributed to the flourishing of academic and intellectual life, strengthening ties between various countries, both East and West. They traveled to seek knowledge and socialize with scholars, often meeting with scholars who traveled to the Islamic East during their passage through the region. The research aims to examine the writings of jurists and scholars, as they preserved this cultural legacy, while also highlighting their societal role and contribution to the advancement of the scientific renaissance. Their stories were recorded in the books of geographers, travelers, and historians, who praised them and described them with the noblest descriptions, and their biographies and stories were narrated. All of this reflected the scientific and cultural aspects of Tripolitania.
