أثر الناتج الزراعي والصناعي على الإيرادات العامة في ليبيا (دراسة تحليلية قياسية للفترة 1980_2020)

هدفت الدراسة الى قياس أثر كل من (الناتج الزراعي والصناعي ) على الايرادات العامة في الاقتصاد الليبي خلال الفترة 1980-2020 حيث قامت الدراسة باختبار استقرارية السلاسل الزمنية لمتغيرات الدراسة، وتم استخدام اساليب حديثة في تحليل السلاسل الزمنية، منها على سبيل المثال تقدير نموذج تصحيح الخطأ غير المقيد للانحدار الذاتي ذو الإبطاء الموزع (Autoregressive Distribution Lag Bounds Test) (ARDL)، ومن أهم النتائج التي توصّلت إليها الدراسة أن الايرادات العامة تتأثر بالناتج الزراعي، والناتج الصناعي ، حيث توصّلت الدراسة إلى أن هناك علاقة طردية ذات معنوية إحصائية بين الناتج الصناعي والايرادات العامة ، كما توصّلت الدراسة إلى وجود اثر عكسي بين الناتج الزراعي والايرادات العامة ، وأوصت الدراسة إلى تنويع مصادر الدخل ودعم قطاعي الزراعة والصناعة في الاقتصاد الليبي.
