This study aims to explore the impact of knowledge management processes on administrative decision-making at Al-Wahda Bank, Al-Istiqlal Branch, Tripoli, Libya, and to identify the extent of its reliance on knowledge management processes in its operations and their effectiveness in administrative decision-making at the bank. A questionnaire was used to achieve the study objectives and was distributed to a sample of 30 individuals. 20 valid questionnaires were retrieved for analysis and processed using the SPSS statistical program, employing a descriptive and analytical approach. The most prominent findings of the study are that all members of the research sample hold a positive attitude towards the studied knowledge management dimensions (updating, dissemination and distribution, generation and acquisition, follow-up, and decision-making). Knowledge is regularly updated within the institution and its quality is ensured. This updating process contributes to improving the administrative decision-making process and providing more creative solutions. It also helps management adapt to changes.
