Given that every field of life and its sciences has an ethical dimension, represented by a set of values, principles, and methods that guide ethical behavior in the development and use of AI technologies, the world today is witnessing rapid development in AI technologies. This has contributed to the development and emergence of a number of innovations in various areas of life, enhancing economic performance and business efficiency in all spheres of life (both governmental and private). These rapid technological discoveries have also helped improve the quality of life for individuals and communities. With this rapid and massive expansion in the spread of these technologies, this development has been accompanied by several challenges and concerns that have raised doubts and concerns about the speed of modernization and development of AI, given the bias, discrimination, and violations of human rights that accompany it. Consequently, the debate on the ethics of AI and its responsible use in all fields has intensified. Therefore, several international organizations, government sectors, research institutions, and commercial companies have sought to identify the most important ethical principles and practices through which these challenges can be addressed and addressed, and even anticipate what could pose a threat to life in the future. Hence, this research aims to emphasize the concept of AI ethics to clarify its importance and identify the most important principles that must be taken into account when implementing applications adopted by AI systems.
