الملخص

Strategic management is the cornerstone and fundamental foundation for improving organizational performance, helping guide organizations toward achieving their long-term goals. It also highlights the integration of management, marketing, finance, research, production, development, and all computer information systems. The goal is to achieve organizational success and sustainability. It also identifies the most acceptable strategic choices in light of the organization's mission, environmental conditions, and available resources. It then selects the long-term goals and general strategies that will contribute to achieving the most attractive opportunities. It also evaluates the success of the strategic plan and leverages emerging information to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of current and future strategic decisions.

This study reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which are:

- The study demonstrated that strategic management plays a significant role in improving the efficiency of organizational performance and achieving its long-term goals.

- The study demonstrated a strong correlation between the dimensions of strategic management (goals, mission, vision, strategic planning, and strategic choice) and the performance efficiency of business organizations.
