دور الأمن في مكافحة الجريمة في ليبيا: التحديات والفرص خلال الفترة من (2010- 2014 )

خلصت الدراسة إلى أن مكافحة الجريمة وضبطها ، ومعالجة أسبابها بالوسائل المختلفة والطرق المتعددة تثقل الدول مادياً ، وإن تكلفة الجهود الرامية للقضاء عليها أو الحد منها على الاقل يتطلب تنفيذ برامج وقائية وإصلاحية وهذه تتطلب معلومات موثوقة وصادقة معبرة عن الواقع .
وشهدت ليبيا تصاعدًا ملحوظًا في معدلات الجريمة نتيجة للأوضاع السياسية والأمنية المتدهورة. كانت الفوضى والانفلات الأمني من العوامل الرئيسية التي ساهمت في هذا التصاعد، مما يستدعي الحاجة الملحة إلى استراتيجيات فعالة تعيد الأمن والاستقرار إلى البلاد.
